Return and Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

If your item is defective/damage upon arrival, you are entitled to an exchange or a full refund (refunds are based case by case). You have 48 hours to report any damages once you receive your order; failure to do so may result in not getting your item exchanged or receive a refund. Ship us the item back within 2 weeks after the arrival date to claim the exchange or if a refund was honored. We will NOT exchange your item or refund it if the item has been used or is not in its original condition.

Exchange Policy:

You will have up to 7 days to contact us for an exchange. If the product is sent back damaged or not in its original condition you will not qualify for an exchange.

Cancellation:

All order cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Otherwise all sales are final.
